Production scheduling begins only after:

Receipt of agreed advance payment

Sample development is available for evaluation prior to bulk execution. Sampling timelines and charges vary depending on fabric sourcing and customization requirements.

Bulk production proceeds only upon documented approval of the final sample and technical parameters.

Payment structures are defined at order confirmation and may include:

Advance payment prior to production

Balance payment before dispatch

Other mutually agreed trade terms

Commercial documentation is issued as per international trade requirements.

Lead times are determined based on:

Order volume

Customization complexity

Packaging requirements

Production schedules are calculated from the date of final approval and financial confirmation. Timelines are communicated in advance and aligned with shipment planning.

Shipments are executed under mutually agreed Incoterms. Mode of transport is finalized based on buyer preference and destination.

Risk transfer, freight responsibility, and insurance coverage are governed by the agreed trade term.

Quality parameters are defined based on approved samples and documented specifications.

Any claim regarding shipment discrepancies must be submitted in writing within a specified timeframe from delivery, along with supporting evidence.

All claims are reviewed against approved production records and technical references.

All design concepts, specifications, branding materials, and private label developments shared with BLANKRAFT are treated as confidential and are not reproduced or disclosed without written authorization.

Legal Section: All transactions are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where BLANKRAFT is registered. Any unauthorized use of intellectual property, including designs or technical specifications developed by BLANKRAFT, is strictly prohibited.
